Booking Appointments

Appointments are available by booking online or contacting Hair by Alyce directly. Please provide accurate contact information when scheduling so appointment reminders and important updates can be received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or a required deposit before booking future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your service may need to be adjusted to accommodate the remaining appointment time and other scheduled clients. In some cases, appointments may need to be rescheduled.

Deposits

A deposit may be required for certain services, including major color transformations, corrections, extensions, or longer appointments. Deposits will be applied toward your final service total and may be forfeited if the appointment is canceled without proper notice.

Color & Chemical Services

Hair goals are always discussed during your consultation. Please be open about your hair history, including previous color, chemical treatments, and at-home products used. Hair color results depend on your hair’s current condition and history, and some transformations may require multiple appointments to maintain the health of your hair.

Service Expectations

At Hair by Alyce, every effort is made to create beautiful results while prioritizing the health and integrity of your hair. Please bring inspiration photos and communicate your desired look during your consultation so we can create a plan that works best for you.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods may vary. Please contact Hair by Alyce if you have any questions before your appointment.

Guests & Children

To provide a relaxing and comfortable environment for all clients, please limit additional guests unless they are receiving a service.

Hair Maintenance & Products

Professional recommendations may be provided to help maintain your color, style, and overall hair health between appointments. Following proper aftercare helps extend the life of your service and keeps your hair looking its best.
